Southwest Real Estate Advisors Inc. is a unique service provider with

Southwest Real Estate Advisors Inc. was established in 2003 and formed
to provide a multitude of Real Estate services. Headquartered in Albuquerque,
New Mexico, Southwest Real Estate Advisors Inc. and it’s principals
have extensive experience in managing Class “A” to Class
“C” apartment communities. In addition to managing conventionally
financed properties, Southwest Real Estate Advisors Inc. has extensive
experience in managing Tax-exempt Bond and Low Income Housing Tax Credit
assets.
The professionals of Southwest Real Estate Advisors Inc. have successfully
transitioned properties and leased up over 14 communities over the past
decade. Several of the transition assignments included property repositioning
of older communities in “B” and “C” markets.
All of the repositioning included capital renovation work.

President
Terri Brown - Miss Brown
is a former Senior Regional Manager with Alliance Residential Company
where she was employed for 16 years. Her tenure with the firm encompassed
10 years with Trammell Crow Residential – West prior to the merger
with BRE Properties in 1997. After the split with BRE Properties in
2000, Alliance Residential was formed. She was also a former evening
instructor at Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute where she taught
Interior Design and Marketing Strategies. Terri was the 2005-2006 Board of Directors Vice-President of the New Mexico Apartment Association. She was re-elected for 2007-2008 and currently serves on the Board of Directors as a Primary Director.
Terri represented the New Mexico Apartment Association for the 2006-2007 Albuquerque Economic Market Forum co-sponsored by CB Richard Ellis. Terri presented trends in rents, concessions, occupancy, RUBS, expenses and budget challenges facing the multi-family industry.
Miss Brown graduated from the University of New Mexico, as a member
of the Albuquerque Board of Realtors, Institute of Real Estate Management
and the Albuquerque Apartment Association. She is also Vice-President
of the New Mexico Housing Congress. She was awarded Regional Manager
of the Year in 2000 and achieved the highest Net Operating Income of
any Regional Manager in the same year.
Miss
Brown is also a frequent contributor of various trade journal articles
published by Brownstone Publishers, New York City.
